MVA Official: KONQER Saipan a Phenomenal Success
THE first Marianas Visitors Authority-sponsored “Konqer Saipan – King of the Hill” event was a phenomenal success, MVA Managing Director Chris Concepcion said. Konqer Saipan was held on Saturday at Gov. Eloy S. Inos Peace Park. “We initially targeted 250 participants but we registered 497 this past Saturday,” he said, adding that organizers were thrilled with the turnout. “We are very happy with our partnership with Konqer Sports who helped put this thing together,” he said.


KONQER PACKET PICKUP, HAPPY HOUR SET FOR THURSDAY
Packet pickup for KONQER, Saipan’s first-ever obstacle course challenge, is set for Thursday, Sept. 7 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Fiesta Resort & Spa lobby. Participants will receive their official KONQER bib, which is required to start the event on Saturday, as well as other race items and course information. Individuals are required to pick up their packets at this time, and proxies are allowed by notifying race organizers in advance at support@konqersports.com. Teams ma
