KONQER FREELY

We believe in promoting wellness through play, and that should start as early as possible. Our goal is to create a spark in kids that will lead to a lifelong love of staying active.  This commitment includes offering kids 14 and under to participate in all KONQER events absolutely FREE!

 

Our course design allows you to enjoy the obstacles 'together' as a family! How? We have cleverly included 'kid' cheats into every obstacle (where possible) making it less difficult for children while keeping it challenging to even the hard-core athlete! Take advantage of our absolutely 'free' entry for all children 14 and under. Although we don't have age limits, we don't recommend this course to children 4 and under, although they are more than welcome to be your sidekick (and cheerleader?) throughout the course! In consideration of acceptance of this application, I hereby waive and discharge any and all claims for damage, death, personal injury, and/or property damage which I may have, or which may accrue to me as a result of my participation in this athletic competition. The release is intended to discharge in advance KONQER Sports, its Board of Directors, its employees, or any organization, promoter, sponsor, country, event location, government, government agency or public safety agency affiliated with the event against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the competition, even though liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person or entities mentioned above. I further understand that serious accidents occasionally occur during race competitions, and the participants in these competitions occasionally sustain serious or mortal personal injuries and/or property damage as a consequence thereof. Knowing the risks of this competition, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume the risks and to release all of the persons or entities mentioned above whom through negligence or carelessness might otherwise be liable to me (or my heirs or assigns) for damages. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risks are to be binding on my heirs or assigns. I also permit my name, photo, video and interview to be used by the media, sponsors, and the promoters.
