KONQER KIDS PRICING ANNOUNCED, 10 AND UNDER FREE
Tamuning, GU — Kids can now get in on the action at the second annual KONQER obstacle course race at discounted pricing, according to course designer and program director Kaz Endo. Entry fees for kids ages 11 to 17 can register for $25, and kids 10 and younger may participate for free.
All participants 17 and younger must have a parent sign a liability waiver. Fifteen and younger requires a parent or adult accompany them throughout the course. While entry is free for those 10 and younger, kids must register in advance and present their entry ticket on event day. Visit voltsportstour.com to register and get further details.
“While some kids will definitely require some assistance to get through the course, there are a lot of elements that they will have a great time with,” said Kelli Wedd, marketing director for PIVOT and campaign manager for the VOLT Sports Tour program. “We’ll have things to climb on, jump over, slide down and run through, so we want to give families the chance to all KONQER as a family at an affordable rate. Our sponsors have really stepped up and help make this happen.”
KONQER is set for Sept. 18, 2016, across Tamuning McDonald’s, and registration for all ages is available at voltsportstour.com. KONQER is sponsored by Guam Visitors Bureau, Bank of Guam, IT&E, Benz Signs, Paradise Awning, The Cube, Graphic Center and TriVision Media Group.
